Disputifier: Smart Chargebacks

Needs to improve the exports features in multiple sections, mainly in the billing export, also some metrics from dashboards, because takes time to understand all those settings and real benefits we got. Even in the Docs don't have all the information to understand it. The customer support is doing better the past days.

Update: Following some initial communication delays, the Vice President (Chris) has personally reached out to assist with my case. We are currently working through a complex technical verification together. While the issue is not yet fully resolved, I appreciate the professional and direct involvement from the management level to find a solution. Adjusting my rating to reflect the current effort.

I really do like the app and alot of people are praising it for its quality.

their customer service alright, there is one person that is very clean and serious for his job, "Chris" really helped me up setting disputifier up so it can handle all types of chargebacks making it quick and easy to setup...
