Getting out of this app has been a real pain. I asked Disputifier to release my billing descriptor so I could move to another chargeback app, and after a week of back-and-forth it still hasn't been done — just delay after delay. Until they release it, my new provider can't enroll the descriptor, so I'm stuck in limbo with no alerts coverage.
Then, out of nowhere, I was told I have unpaid invoices. My card has been connected the entire time and I was charged regularly without any issue before. When I went to the invoices section of my account to check, the invoice they're referring to isn't even there. How can an invoice be unpaid if it was never issued or shown to me? They still can't explain it or finalize anything.
Installing is easy; leaving is not. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

Abigail was absolutely amazing! I had a serious issue with automatic chargeback alert refunds from my previous service, and she took the time to understand exactly what happened. She helped configure Disputifier so I have manual control over Ethoca and CDRN alerts and added a rule to prevent automatic refunds on delivered orders. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the system works going forward. Excellent customer support and highly recommend!
