SCAMS
i havent checked my invoices for a while.
checked recenlty and found out they been charging me +25% fees, and worse of all, they havent replied to any chargebacks, I lost all cases + been charged 25%. absolute scammers.
This review is simply untrue.
1) Our pricing is 20% of the value of chargebacks we respond to and win back successfully. It is impossible to be charged 25%, or charged for a lost or unresponded chargeback.
2) Your win rate is 71.2%. We have won 53/74 chargebacks for you.
3) All chargebacks have been responded, zero were missed or unresponded.
We suggest that you respond to our multiple attempts to contact you as it seems that you may be confused.
The worst app ever, they accept an automatic refund from a buyer that claimed a custom order that was successfully delivered as fraudulent without investigation or hearing my side of the story and they claim the can’t do anything about it and they charged us extra $17 don’t rely on them they are SCAM. They don’t fight any chargeback and don’t support their own.
Abigail was absolutely incredible to work with. Patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. As a small business, having support like this means everything. Could not recommend Disputifier more highly -- you are in good hands with this team.
