Great app - use it for my blog comments, which allows me to reply to specific comments. Even better than the app is the customer service - very quick and attentive to help with any minor problem I've had, completely seamless install. Highly recommend.

This is a great app - it's affordable. It's fairly easy to install and set up with the instructions provided once you install it. It does exactly what I wanted. And the customer support at NexusMedia are great and very responsive. I got my answers in seconds.

Just want to update my comment and again recommend this app. The support staff are amazing. They got back to me right away and helped locate the issue in just a short amount of time. So glad to have found a good app!

After installing and deleting other apps designed to encourage discussion on my site http://www.ramblinturtle.com, I chose Disqus because (a) I like the extensive social media integration Disqus has established on the Internet (I've had a personal account for years, and have seen it in action - very seo-traffic-friendly!), (b) I like how discussions are associated with specific products, (c) I like how discussions do not take participants from my site to a third-party site, and (d) the simplicity of design doesn't distract from product pages. Installation was a piece of cake! Price is reasonable. So far so good!

I'm still finding my way with this app, but the support from Nexusmedia is lightning fast and tremendously helpful. Great customer service!

Tengo Disqus hace sólo 24 horas, pero me gusta muchísimo y creo que es una aplicación importante para ganar la confianza de los posibles clientes de la tienda, al poder leer comentarios de otros compradores.
Me lié un poco al instalar la aplicación, pero pedí ayuda al soporte de la aplicación y la respuesta fue inmediata y efectiva.La atención recibida por el soporte técnico fue excelente.

When I asked for help to install this app, I was not told that I would be charged for the service. Few weeks later I find that I am billed. I would not mind paying at all, but it is the fact that people think they can get away with charging us without us knowing, or letting us know, that makes my blood boil.

Also, there is no way to stop the subscription, so unless they reply to my message and sort it out, I will be stuck paying a monthly fee for a service I do not want.

I'm not a coder at all. I reached out to the folks at Disqus and they got me up and running in lightning speed since I wasn't sure how to edit my template's code. Fast responses to email communication as well. Very happy with my App and Customer Service.
