I WAS super happy with this company when we started with them...now NOT SO MUCH. No one returns calls & they come when they feel like it...so same day to our customers isn't same day. I wish someone would call me back - I've tried dozens of times so maybe this review will spurr someone one to improve customer service.

Amazing service and app! Customers are extremely happy with the delivery speed and driver interactions. Cheaper than most couriers and faster too! Integration with Shopify is seamless. Highly recommended!!

I WAS happy with DLVVR (we were one of their first clients), their integration with Shopify was great and extremely easy, but their communication has gone downhill. Yesterday the courier didn't show up to pick up my parcel, nobody called to tell me there was a problem. I tried contacting DLVVR but nobody replied. There is no phone number to contact them at. This happened once before in March 2024, but they got back to me that time. I've switched to Trexity.

I'm really happy with this app!!! The service works well, my customers are happy, and it doesn't add to my overhead. The developers have been very responsive and are always working on improving their service - they're also lovely to work with and are very good at explaining how the app works. The app is easy to use, it isn't complicated and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to install it and get it working. I really like that I can use it from my Shopify POS, as well as my online store (not all of my clients are computer savvy and it's great to be able to offer same-day delivery service.

Would 100% recommend! Our customers have been happy to have a delivery option, have been thrilled with the same-day service and safe & easy interaction with the delivery driver/s. Integration with Shopify is a breeze, and the cost to customers is reasonable...very happy we got onboard :)

The feedback from customers who have received orders through Dlvvr has been very positive, so we're happy to have this integrated with our business-as-usual practice moving forward. So glad that we can count on Dlvvr to take care of this very important aspect of our business!

This company used to be great - we've been using them since early 2021 - but they have fallen apart recently. They have been late with deliveries several times in recent weeks.

This past week we had three orders that were supposed to be delivered on Friday, and they still hadn't been picked up by the end of day on Saturday. One person cancelled their order and we delivered the other two ourselves on Sunday. And all of this was with no communication from Dlvvr as to what was going on.

They don't respond on their support chat and all calls go to voicemail and don't get returned. It's very unfortunate. I've removed their app from my store. They've caused us a lot of stress!

Dlvvr has excellent customer service, super helpful and will walk you through the whole setup. Super easy to use. The driver are super polite and a pleasure to work with. 100% would recommend this app. It’s a great additional shipping options for any website.
