Dlvvr has been a perfect partner in offering our local customer base the speedy, personal and secure delivery service they had come to trust when we were managing local deliveries ourselves. We're thrilled that Dlvvr understands the needs of small business bricks & mortar operations and has created a seamlessly responsive and consistent service that reflects our shop's priority on meeting the needs of our customers as promised, in delivering their goods in the same beautifully packaged presentation they'd receive if they were in our shop. It seems to extend the in-store experience beyond our walls to our customer's front door. Our engagement with both Dlvvr onboarding and with the drivers has been extremely friendly and professional, they communicate in real time and respond immediately if there are any questions on our side. The feedback from customers who have received orders through Dlvvr has been very positive, so we're happy to have this integrated with our business-as-usual practice moving forward. So glad that we can count on Dlvvr to take care of this very important aspect of our business!

I'm really happy with this app!!! The service works well, my customers are happy, and it doesn't add to my overhead. The developers have been very responsive and are always working on improving their service - they're also lovely to work with and are very good at explaining how the app works. The app is easy to use, it isn't complicated and I didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to install it and get it working. I really like that I can use it from my Shopify POS, as well as my online store (not all of my clients are computer savvy and it's great to be able to offer same-day delivery service.

Would 100% recommend! Our customers have been happy to have a delivery option, have been thrilled with the same-day service and safe & easy interaction with the delivery driver/s. Integration with Shopify is a breeze, and the cost to customers is reasonable...very happy we got onboard :)
