One thing I’ve noticed is how responsive the platform is during sales spikes. I’ve had a couple of promotions that generated hundreds of orders overnight, and the system handled everything without lagging or crashing — which hasn’t been my experience with other tools.

They have some good item but the have horrible customer service. I emailed them 3 times and I still haven't gotten a response. The 1st email was sent almost 3 weeks ago and the last one was sent about 4 days ago.

Starting with no experience, but Doba’s platform makes me feel like I know what I’m doing. It’s super intuitive.
Full-time ecom isn’t easy, but Doba’s streamlined system makes it so much more manageable. I count on Doba to fulfill hundreds of orders monthly—consistent quality and speed keep my store running.
I like that they show clear shipping times. It helps me be more transparent with my customers. And the supplier ratings really help. I’ve avoided a few bad deals thanks to other user reviews.

it is a pain in the ass to purchase something form my website and then have to come here to purchase it from you..... and the app did not work properly and i had to reset a password for no reason. I'm not sure if i am going to keep this account... it is too much trouble and costs too much

I subscribed on shopify but i can not acces my acount. This is twice beeing. Last month same issue. I Every month same issue. Cancelled my subscription

After a few weeks of using it, I can feel my store running more smoothly. I'm actually seeing more orders coming in.
I was worried it’d be too complicated, but the layout is clean and the steps are pretty easy to follow.
The product prices are fair, and I can still make a decent profit without needing to buy stock upfront.
Since I started using US local warehouses, my customers have been getting their orders much faster. Big improvement!
I love that it automatically syncs inventory and prices. I used to worry about overselling—now I don’t have to.
The customer support is really patient. I had quite a few questions, but they always responded fast and clearly.
I just wanted to give it a try at first, but it turned out to be super easy to use. Took me just a few minutes to get started.
The customer service and chat lines do not help much, once you are forwarded to the actual tech team it can still take days until you are contacted.

****UPDATE - Was able to get ahold of someone and got it sorted out. Still seems like a lot of unnecessary steps though.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: All the products are showing out of stock. There is only the automated chat feature and no live help. I've been on this all day and still all the imported products show out of stock.
