At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after a few days of using Dodox, I can confidently say that it not only reduced the response times but also matched my brand tone quite well. The App does exactly what it says and more. The integration was very straightforward and everything else was done by Dodox agents. I was absolutely impressed by the support quality and the extra mile the agents go when handling our support tickets. Highly recommend it as a better outsourcing alternative.
