I have so many great things to say about Dollarlabs, but I'll start by saying thank you to their amazing support team! They have simplified the way we manage our discounts and have been so attentive to our needs every step of the way. I 100% recommend this app if you're in need of a discounts app that doesn't require the use of draft orders! Abel was so helpful all throughout the setup process and offered to have meetings whenever we needed any help!

This app finally solved an issue I've had for a long time - when customers qualify for free shipping but then add a discount code, sometimes this takes them below the free shipping threshold and they lose free shipping. This is because Shopify determines the free shipping based on Total not on Sub Total. This app allows me to determine free shipping based on Sub Total which has finally solved it. The team were extremely proactive and helpful in helping me achieve this, going so far as to add new functionality to their app to help. Very grateful.

This app is trying to do too many things at once, which makes it overly complicated to use. It feels like sitting in a plane’s cockpit—there are buttons everywhere, the language is too technical, and there’s a serious lack of clear explanations. It's really frustrating
