I needed assistance creating a donation widget on our custom template, and the support team went above and beyond to help me out. This is an update from my earlier review because I feel sorry for the developers of this app. The App caused big problems for my shop after the uninstall. Code was left behind. I understand that the code was manual code that the developers helped with. Had I known they would need to manually uninstall this, I wouldn't have had to go to the trouble of hiring an expert to help identify the problem. The app itself, while it was working was good. Just be careful when you uninstall the app. Contact the developers to make sure they have removed ALL the code.

It was a perfect fit for our Not-for-Profit organization. The support was outstanding, and we are very happy with the app so far.

We needed an App to set up a custom donation product and send custom donation receipts to our amazing supporters. After trialling many other apps, we stumbled upon Donate Source, and the whole experience, from onboarding to setting up custom items, has been phenomenal. The support team is very hands-on and super helpful.

Despite our best efforts to communicate this critical issue to the technical support team over the past several days, the problem remains unresolved. As a result, our online store has been forced offline, leading to significant financial losses on a daily basis. We are urgently seeking a resolution to this issue to minimize the impact on our business operations.
