Right from the start before we even downloaded the app Ben has been so extremely helpful with all of our questions and dev needs. He was able to set the app up for us in our website exactly as we needed it and was so responsive every step of the way. Great app! We needed something quick and easy to set up with donations for our new website and this was easy to set up and get going. The app worked perfect for our non profit organization. Ben was super helpful and responsive. Great product! Highly recommend!
We had some issues with the POS button, but Ben was patient and helped us to find the setting we needed to update. Everything is working smoothly now.
The ability to ask for Donations on the cart page has increased our donations substantially. I like it better that a popup, less obtrusive for the customer. Visible, but not annoying. We don't use the post-purchase feature because all our customers must go through the cart page.
Love this app! makes everything easy. Ben has also been super helpful and quick to respond to all my enquiries. Very much appreciated.
