I have been using this app for almost 30 days, The customer support they are providing is appreciative. They are still improving some missing features time to time.
They still need to improve few things like:-
*Customer should have option to send campaign instead of contacting their support team every time to add extra buttons.
*GIF option should be added in the campaign.
*They only take data from shopify triggers, if customer is using different app for checkout they can't track it and still sends whatsapp abandoned checkout messages to the customer who successfully placed the order.
Esta aplicación ha sido de mucha ayuda, aunque creo que les falta agregar algunas funciones para segmentar o excluir segmentos, pero hasta ahora todo perfecto, nos ha ayudado a vender por este canal.
El botón de WhatsApp se integra fácilmente con la tienda. Uso el plan free pues mi negocio es aún muy pequeño.

Not only was it done in the time it would take to pour a glass of water, their customer support has been nothing short of amazing (thank you, Dandy!).
If you're looking for a way to make it easier for website visitors to contact you, I can't think of a better solution out there.
