DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

The team at Doofinder was very insightful in showing me their search tools for our Shopify store. Jorge went over all the features and tools that the app brought to our site. After installing it and giving it a try, you could see how the ease of use could help customers find what they are looking for in a better way.

Works very well as a smart search tool for our customers, which is very important for us as we have several thousand products with minor differences and their search shows the relevant products well, even if the consumer mis typed something or put in a typo. Customer Support from the app was very responsive and helpful too to explain features or to help troubleshoot any issues we were facing.

A very helpful team who talked us through each process. Luis who I was dealing with helped in actual time over the phone helping us set up some time-sensitive searches which worked smoothly. Look forward to taking control of onsite searches and seeing the results.

We are very new to doofinder. However, so far our experience has been outstanding thanks to Kieran. He has been great through out the entire process from explaining what doofinder is to taking the time to walk us through every step of the process and making sure we are maximizing the use of this app. He has been and great representative of this program.
