The best thing is the support from them that I get. The app has definitely added value to my site and made the searchability 100 times better. Awesome search tool for my Shopify store. There's a lot of smart technology built into the search engine, and a lot of flexibility to adjust what shows up (and what doesn't show up) when your customers search your site. Way more feature-packed than I was expecting.
