Shaun helped me set up with Doo finder which has proven a huge benefit so far with our online store. We were experiencing issues where products weren't been found due to mis-spelling etc but since Doo finder our search stats have improved dramatically.

Tau was great at explaining everything and getting everything working for us. We seem to be experiencing much greater search success now.

We saw a noticeable increase in conversions from the search bar during the trial period and Peter Aron our Ecommerce Search Specialist was great to take time to make sure we understood how to use the system. He helped us understand more of where our stats could be and gave suggestions of what to do using the DooFinder Search Bar. Any question we had he was right there to guide us through the process. Just signed up for the enterprise level solution. We wanted a smart bar finder but was not expecting such great service up front. Egor helped us install the solution, tweaked it from his end. Then followed up on several occasions to show us how everything worked, all the options on the backend, as well as day to day processes we can use to help capture lost sales though search bar data. The support on this product exceeded my expecations by a mile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone that needs a better search bar. Egor went above and beyond with our support in every way, highly recommend asking for him =)

Great app to add on and the results are instant so very cost effective especially having the individual search history.
