DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Egor was above and beyond helpful during our trial period. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly during multiple calls. We are excited to see where Doofinder takes us and feel very comfortable knowing we aren't tied down with any contracts, pay for what we want on a monthly basis, and can walk away at any time!

Doofinder has really enhanced the Search function for our customers on our website without changing the aesthetics of our site. Egor was extremely helpful in setting this app up on our Shopify account and following through with regular check-in meetings to be sure we are satisfied and to answer any questions. Running on multiple shopify stores now - They even linked under one login to make it easy to manage... They have a great support team to answer any questions you have... has LOTS of features and tweaks to adjust how it serves the results... Can also change the look of the whole interface with some CSS help from their team... Their AI adjusts the results the more people use the search to make it more and more relevant to increase the conversions. Looking forward to see how it works through the holiday seasons where we are sure to get more stats to review to help us tweak things even better.
