DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

I can honestly say that this app has transformed the usability of our website. We got called about a trial just at the prefect time when I was frustrated with the native search capabilities of default Shopify and the vast variation of our products and about to search for a solution, either through an app or looking into getting something customer built. I am so glad we went with it because it not only have customers been loving how they browse our website again but also the staff find it a breeze to use, even when they don't work with our online inventory. Lindsay was amazingly helpful. She took the time to answer my concerns and all of my questions with clear and concise explanations. Anything that she couldn't answer directly, she consulted their team and got back to me so quick. We've had it live for a few months now and I don't know how we didn't have it before.

An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful.
Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

I tried Doofinder out for 30 days and believe it will be a great addition to our website. Its an easy user friendly platform. Nick with Doofinder was awesome and helpful with any questions I had. If you are looking for more detailed search bar with great customization you need to give it a try. Looking forward to see how this helps our web sales in the next few month.

This app really elevates the look and feel of our website. It is night and day when compared to the standard Shopify search bar. Customer service was fantastic, had numerous calls with Byron who was able to guide us through, showing us how to access the stats, the numerous functions of the app, etc. Really easy to set up and a great addition to our bookshop website overall. Hopefully if customers find it easier to find the book they are looking for they are more likely to buy it :)

Just finished a 30 day free trial and signed up to keep. Would highly recommend this app to anyone! Search is so important in customers finding what they need and for website traffic to convert to a sale. Everything from the user interface to the end result on our website are professional looking and very user friendly. I have worked with Lindsay and she is super friendly, knowledgeable about the product, punctual, her follow up is amazing. If you haven't tried it you definitely should!

This is only my second month with Doofinder installed and I can already see the benefits. There is a lot more interaction on my website, time spent on it has increased and this will all help with SEO. It makes it a lot more user friendly for the customer to navigate their way around too. I have yet to get into all the added features but the guys at Doofinder are incredibly helpful. Liam was by far one of the best agents I have dealt with on any platform. No sugar coated sales jargon, just plain simple facts on Doofinder and to be honest, it sells itself. The opportunity to trial it for free for the first month is a testament to that.
