DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

This is a nice addition to our website. We did the 30 days trial and was very happy with the result. Searching for a particular rug design was so much easier now. Worked well with my ecommerce search specialist, Phoebe M. She really took the time to study our site and listened to what was important to us and implemented them. I would highly recommend Doofinder and hopefully get sales results.

We need to make the search experiance on our site better. After looking at alot of different options we found Doofinder to be the one for us. We were supported amazingly by their team and most importantly Tahnee who was our rep was knowledgeable and extremely easy to get on with. Overall a great experiance for us.

Overall this is a very good product and our Doofinder rep Brian was excellent all the way through the ramping process. This app can appear intimidating at first because it does much more than I bargained for however, Jorge has been overly attentive scheduling multiple Google Meet meetings with me to go over every feature to ensure I understand how to get the most utility out of this app. I was also provided with his direct line and two different support desks. He gave great advice to start manipulating the backend of the app to fit my needs little by little. I am excited to see how this app performs for our older less technologically savvy customers. While writing this review, an older gentleman called in and referenced how great the tech is on the site :)

I tried Doofinder out for 30 days and believe it will be a great addition to our website. Its an easy user friendly platform. Nick with Doofinder was awesome and helpful with any questions I had. If you are looking for more detailed search bar with great customization you need to give it a try. Looking forward to see how this helps our web sales in the next few month.

After a move to an entirely new online template for my website, I had an overwhelming amount of navigation programming to do. It kept getting pushed back due to other pressing priorities. Resulting in a significant decrease in online sales! It was at this time the Jorge from Doofinder reached out to discuss the benefits of the Doofinder app. The timing could not have been more serendipitous. I am typically a skeptic of all such calls. But Jorge was easy to talk to and there was no pressure and his product was exactly what I needed. He suggested I take advantage of the 30d trial. I did! We don't normally buy Apps from tele sales calls BUT in this case I'm glad we did. Egor was excellent at leading us through the installation and trial period process. This App actually works well and resolved our search issues on a premium Shopify theme. Great tool at a reasonable cost effective price. It really is a great tool to have on a shopify store.

Lindsay helped us get all set up with DooFinder on our Shopify store. It's been one of the best additions to our Shopify account to date. It just brings our search bar to life and gives so many controllable options for our customers. The banner ads are also a big plus - gives an additional space for promotional items or related products/services. It works great, with a very good conversion rate. The experience in the website is so good now. Also there support is top notch really helpfull and nice people.
