Doofinder is a brilliant tool with a brilliant team backing it up. Kieran was so helpful and suppler supportive during the trial period. He made sure all of the requests we had were implemented in no time. He is super fun to talk to and understands the business well. The tool is also very beneficial in helping customer find the product they need. Thank you!

The app is good for any company that wants to reduce the time of work towards the search bar of their ecommerce, and the customer service is very professional, I also take this opportunity to thank Diana for her excellent service.

The installation of the app was easy enough and Luis from the call centre helped me through it. It is really fast and makes it easier for customers to find items. There are alternatives which are a little cheaper, but they don't offer the functionality and there always seems to be a problem with them in one way or another.

We have been using the app for 30 days and it does help improve conversion rate. It sounds little bit expensive but it pays for itself and worth the investment considering how the search bar can contribute growing sales.

This search bar/filter is a must for any site. Admittedly I was sceptical initially, but after a few days, I realised how much I needed this app. It's slick and professional with user-friendly back-office reporting. Don't hesitate, go for it.
