Shaun helped me set up with Doo finder which has proven a huge benefit so far with our online store. We were experiencing issues where products weren't been found due to mis-spelling etc but since Doo finder our search stats have improved dramatically.
We are very happy with the doofinder app and its ability to customize searches. Customer service is excellent

I have just subscribed to DOOFINDER. The app is really really good, makes a big difference for the users when they search our Shopify site. Great addition to our sales. We were contacted by Nicole, and she was just fantastic. Great help. Their customer service is good, and Nicole's training, taching was clear, and she understood very well what our needs were. It has been great working with Andrew getting things set up to benefit our online store! He has been really patient, and great about getting back to me with answers to any of my questions. The free trial of the Doofinder App was super helpful to get an actual visual on what is happening with our site, and I am excited to see what the future holds for our online sales with this helpful tool.

The search bar wasn't even on my radar and a place to increase conversion rate. This app not only helped with our conversion rate but it also shows missed opportunities. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend.
