Just completed our first free month trial on this app. This app is very simple to use, has a lot of useful features to potentially help increase sales. My representative, Andrew has been very professional and friendly in guiding me through the apps features making it easy to understand. He was also able to work out a good subscription plan that works best for my company. Greatly appreciate his help, looking forward to continuing with the app and working with Andrew for any assistance if need be.

Doofinder integrated beautifully with our website. Their customer service representative, Johanna, was very quick to respond, and she answered all of our questions.

The search bar function is amazing! Clean and quick response during searches. It really helps when our website has a huge amount of products. Luis is very helpful in guiding and explaining each functions. Would definitely recommend!

Great app. Before I installed it, I regularly missed sales due to misspelled searches. With this app, it's a non-issue. Also, I love how it suggests products once you simply hit the search bar. I wish there was a bit more transparency on some stats, but I was promised that my feedback will be addressed. Also, I want to mention outstanding customer service. Mario, the representative that was working with me, was nothing but responsive, helpful, courteous, and patient – working with me around my schedule. Thank you Mario! You sold it:)

Vendor reached out and asked we run through the trial which we reluctantly did as our theme search function was already pretty good. After going through the trial we did find value in the improved search analytics and function. Support has been thorough to get the app setup and to ensure it was working properly and we were aware of all the features. We decided to keep the app after going through the trial.

A very powerful and intuitive upgrade to the most critical part of an e-commerce website. Enjoyed the service that we received that walked us through the trial and helped us understand the analytics that the new search bar was capturing. Happy to be a new customer and looking forward to using this new tool to increase our conversion rate and our ability to get our customers to what they are looking for.

This is a much better search tool for our customers than what we were previously using. It gives much more accurate search results and is configurable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade their search functionality.

Wouldn't normally purchase an app from a sales call, but this actually does work and resolved our 'search' issues on a fairly basic Shopify Theme template. We now have sliding price search functionality within the search, along with the ability to capture 'misspelt' items. Great tool at a reasonable cost effective price.
