Merchants highly recommend this app for enhancing website usability and customer experience with its AI-powered search technology. It effectively handles large inventories with features like intelligent suggestions, auto-completion, and typo tolerance, boosting sales and conversion rates. Additional features include dynamic banners and synonym search, with detailed analytics on customer behavior. The app maintains fast performance without impacting site load times, and support is noted for being responsive and helpful.
We tried this app, but unfortunately, we had some issues especially for the mobile devices the search widget would load after a 1-2 seconds delay. And if your store experiences a high number of sessions per day, it might become quite expensive since the cost is based on the number of requests your store makes. Since our store has the around 150k monthly sessions and after installing this app for a week this app made a request of around 55,000 requests. We were on pro plan having 100,000 request per month and the price was $130/month approx. We later had to increase the limit to 200,000 request per month, which significantly increased the cost.
And there is no immediate support for the emergencies.
We’re sorry for the delay on mobile devices, likely due to site or internet speeds. We reached out to offer help and discuss a personalized plan to address cost concerns for high-traffic stores, but we didn’t receive a response.
