Doran Product Reviews App & QA

This app is not supported with Google & not recognized. After working with Google to resolve some issues with my store they recommended other review apps. I contacted Doran to get a exportable file for my current reviews and they wanted to know why I wanted them. First off, not really your business but ok. I explained that they were not recognized by and Google & they offered me to turn this feature on if I paid them. Yeah, no thanks! There is a reason they are not recognized by Google & I'm guessing asking for people to purchase features is a reason. I got my reviews & switched to Judge.me. Very disappointed in this app!!

so it was free as i started using it, but they are changing it in a month. no thanks. I will be swapping to other provider, as you cannot even do the basics now.
Right now the app is for free, but they do not present the prices for the subscription, nor can i do things i was able to do yesterday. Not recommended.

Har alltid tyckt att denna app varit bra, men nu vet jag inte supporten är supertrög

How can they have 381 authentic reviews for an app that they don't have functioning yet? I wasn't able to get it to work and contacted support to be told they can't assist because, 'we don't have the store reviews feature yet'. They then wanted to charge monthly fees just to help upload a file.
