I couldn't believe the quality and support of this app. I imported reviews from my Etsy shop to my website and any questions I had, the customer support got back to me very promptly. The best of all, its all Free. Before finding this app, I was just thinking maybe I made a mistake by going with Shopify for my website, after seeing almost every app I need costing a fortune. This app is perfect. I am very happy I found in time.

My customers did not receive any email to leave review after purchasing my products. This was never resolved.

I am really sad to see your review. We have just migrated our email provider to another (We made a public announcement to all users in mid-March 2025), I have seen a lot of positive feedback from customers after doing this.

Excellent app!
Works seamlessly with shop setup. Easy to setup. Customer service replied within 15mins and answered my question very quick and to the point helping me get up and running in no time.
Includes tons of features.

I run a small business and every cent spent affects our bottom line - so finding this app has been a real blessing! For an app that is available for free, it packs an impressive range of capabilities. It's been very very thoughtfully developed and I also love that it looks so professionally designed on the front end. Nice job, just configuring the emails and applying the app to my store, but I have to say that the tutorial is amazing and the configuration is really easy. Great features for free and the widgets are thought for all types of shops, considering the news in the market and the impact of not having reviews at the begining, very well thought.
