Fantastic app! If customer has a question while on a Product page, they can email us directly from that page, thus eliminating customer from leaving a Product page to find our Contact Us button. Customers staying on a Product page - studying a sellers product/offer while being able to easily ask seller a question which builds trust so If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thanks Andrew and team for a great app.

By far the absolute best app for importing reviews from other sites and handling reviews on my Shopify.
This is the only app that was able to scrape my Etsy reviews by listing and auto assign those to the Shopify product. Every other app I tried wanted me to manually assign each review to a product, and I have 5000 reviews on my Etsy.
These developers are quick to respond, happy to help, and all around built the best review app.

After trying multiple review apps I finally found Doran, and it was a perfect fit for my store, and it's probably a perfect fit for you too!
Being able to import reviews from other platforms is an excellent feature that works so much better than I initially expected.
Since I sell a lot on Ebay, it's really nice to be able to share the reviews from there in my Shopify store so that customers know what to expect from my products.
The app offers alot of customiziable widgets which allows you to integrate it basicly however you want in your store.
Everything is pretty straight forward, so I haven't felt the need to use their support (yet), but they seem very keen to help you out if you where to need it.
5/5 - The app is fantastic and I highly recommend it!
And on top of that, it's free!? Thats crazy

I am not sure how a small team of 2 people did this, but this is a wonderful app!
It has all the features that you can think of, great customization flexibility, great UI/UX and simple to use. Add to this, their wonderful support.

This app integrated really well into my site. A feature that I would have liked, adjusting font sizes, was easily done in custom CSS. Thank you to the authors for this fine app.

Excellent app!
Works seamlessly with shop setup. Easy to setup. Customer service replied within 15mins and answered my question very quick and to the point helping me get up and running in no time.

This app is incredible ! I had a hard time finding a good review app that wasn't too expensive for my small business. The features are great but the customer support is outstanding, and the response is very prompt and professional. Thank you so much ! I have tested a lot of review apps since 2019, and this is my favorite one. It does everything that premium apps do, but for free!? I installed it on all my stores, and I will replace Loox with Doran on this store very soon.
The support is absolutely incredible. A big thank you to Andrew, who spent a lot of time helping me import my shop reviews.
I actually encourage them to charge for their app, as it is totally worth it!
