Doran Product Reviews App & QA

By far the absolute best app for importing reviews from other sites and handling reviews on my Shopify.

This is the only app that was able to scrape my Etsy reviews by listing and auto assign those to the Shopify product. Every other app I tried wanted me to manually assign each review to a product, and I have 5000 reviews on my Etsy.

These developers are quick to respond, happy to help, and all around built the best review app.

I am so happy to find such a feature heavy app FOR FREE. And the team (of only 2 people) answer my qs within the same day. Because of how Shopify is set up, we needed some coding, provided by Doran and also are willing to collaborate & help me add to the store, to get the reviews to show up within a list in collection. Very happy with this app. Only wish The app could use my stores email to send the emails without having to do all the SPF MX log in again. Or just a more stream-lined way to do it. I am looking at you, Shopify! - update, I heard the team may be moving to a new moving to a new email systeme soon. So, my tiny complaints may be gone soon.-
But, one free app for review, test, image and video; tiered discounts for different type of reviewd, customer qs, review request email, star review, homepage review showcase, automatic curating of product specific FAQ, just mind blown .

It was super easy to install and customize to match my store's branding. I love how clean and modern the review layout looks, it makes my product pages feel more trustworthy. Plus, the automatic email review requests are a game changer.

I couldn't believe the quality and support of this app. I imported reviews from my Etsy shop to my website and any questions I had, the customer support got back to me very promptly. The best of all, its all Free. Before finding this app, I was just thinking maybe I made a mistake by going with Shopify for my website, after seeing almost every app I need costing a fortune. This app is perfect. I am very happy I found in time.

My customers did not receive any email to leave review after purchasing my products. This was never resolved.
