After trying 4 other review Apps from the Shopify store, I've settled with Doran. The display is by far the best in terms of the options available in the widget and it's got all the other features and customisability.

Wonderful app with many Great features. Looks very nice on my site and communication with customer service is very smooth. They are more than willing to look into any possible issues quickly and they welcome new suggestions. Not only that, they implement the changes very quickly. Great app with a wide range of functionality and customization options. Some integrations are missing, but overall 5/5. We use it for both reviews and Q&A. I would like to emphasize the simple import with great features.
