After trying multiple review apps I finally found Doran, and it was a perfect fit for my store, and it's probably a perfect fit for you too!

Being able to import reviews from other platforms is an excellent feature that works so much better than I initially expected.
Since I sell a lot on Ebay, it's really nice to be able to share the reviews from there in my Shopify store so that customers know what to expect from my products.

The app offers alot of customiziable widgets which allows you to integrate it basicly however you want in your store.

Everything is pretty straight forward, so I haven't felt the need to use their support (yet), but they seem very keen to help you out if you where to need it.

Game-Changer for Gathering Customer Feedback!

I recently started using Doran to collect and manage customer reviews for my online store, and it has been a meaningful change! The setup process was seamless, and the app integrated effortlessly with my website. I love how customizable the review request emails are—they reflect my brand perfectly.

The automated follow-up feature is a great boost, and the analytics dashboard gives me valuable insights into customer sentiment. The ability to display reviews directly on my product pages is amazing.

Customer support is outstanding, too—I need some help to make sure that the set was done properly. They respond quickly and are super helpful. I was impressed after the completed the setup as I was doing it wrongly. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to enhance their online reputation and gather actionable feedback!

This app seems to be a miracle. Has almost all features you can ask for from a review app and all available in free plan. Moreover what I really loved was the support and proactive help that the team provides for any queries and issues.

Doran Product Reviews is the best app for adding reviews to your products on Shopify. Their support is excellent—I needed a feature related to the customer account page, and they promptly worked on it, notifying me that it was available the very next day. They will be my go-to review app from now on. Huge shoutout to Andrew for his amazing support!
