When synchronizing, your app has 5 errors:
1. Stock=0 the field goes without value and when importing into Dott it gives an error.
2. Prices on our website are in €, you consider that they are in USD and on import the sales values are not correct.
3. Cannot update photographs.
4. Cannot insert new products.
And, there is no way for us to ask for support or help via the App.

We are very sorry for the troubles you are having with our Dott app.
But those problems are mostly from Dott side (not our app). We've also contacted to your account manager from Dott to help you solve those issues.
