Overcharged me for 12 months for the Free plan I’ve subscribed originally as I only used 5 currencies. No reply for my complaint email in which I’ve requested to cancel and refund. Bad very bad
What did they offer the close business during coronavirus pandemic?? BIG NOTHING, look at other Apps they really understand they offer what they could. #SELFISH

We were contacted by you at the end of April with an email filled with profanities telling us to stop charging you. You then contacted Shopify to ask for a refund and we agreed to offer a refund, however seeing as how you didn’t pay the funds, we couldn’t offer one, but we did inform Shopify that if the payment was pending they could cancel it so you wouldn’t be charged at all for our app.
And after all that you still say that we did nothing to help you during this time? even after you were so disrespectful when communicating with us?
We understand that some of our clients have a difficult time during this period and try and help in any way we can.

Whenever I add an item to the cart, I have to click every time to choose the currency I want to display.
some of their customers were seeing product prices when converted to Euros that were incorrect. For example a product that costs 64 usd, should costs in euros 57 euro. but my costumers see it 5690 euro, which is missing a decimal place. The interesting thing, is both the merchant and I were unable to replicate, so the issue is intermittent. Customer computer was using chrome, and I suggested clearing cache, but it is happening on many computers as well, so the issue might be bigger than that. Would you be able to look into this to sort out how we can fix it?
I blame shopify for not adding these basic features like currency switcher with localization to store and keep us under developers mercy, App developer is not helpful, when i changed the theme i asked him to configure the app to my new published theme (and when i change theme i do it because there are very important updates in next version or i decided to change to new theme that serve my needs) developer configured theme but still there were gaps in configurations, i told him that currency still appear in shop default currency in both collection page and cart page, the app developer refused to continue support and he said that i keep changing my themes so he cant help me any more!!!! same time, their app is not working if i configure it by myself, so the conclusion, they want me to pay for monthly fees but with their conditions and their own mood to fix their app errors!! i have to watch the errors in theme and keep silent!!! this is super unprofessional
I used this app for last several months, i did accidentally remove this app recently, but i reinstated again, it's now not working at all, and contact us button also doesn't work on app
because of covid i have had to close my store and put my store on pause and removed apps.
I removed this app from my store and they still keep taking money for an app i removed...shocking

Stingy company - worst customer relationship
I've used the service for nearly a year and then paused my store for a few months. I forgot about the recurring payment and paid about 5 months subscription without having used my store. I asked for a refund for at least the last month since I just paid it and there were still weeks left in the month I paid for. They said they can't approve the refund. I've done this for 5 apps which I accidentally paid for nearly half a year and all of them happily refunded the money except this one.
