This app caused the pricing to go 10x higher when customers added items to cart in my store. I was looking forward to using it but i will remove it for now.

Every single time I install this app on one of my stores , Ihave the same exact problem. The converter does not convert. I am obliged to call support and even then sometimes it still doesn't work.

Unfortunately, this app formats some currencies incorrectly. For example, Japanese Yen currency do not have decimals but Doubly will display JPY with decimals unless you turn off decimals in which case all other currencies (such as AUD, CAD, USD, and the EUR) will be rounded to the nearest integer!

I hope this app developer will improve their app by adopting the International Organization of Standardization ISO 4217 rules regarding minor units of currency.

At first it was working fine
however after today my page is stuck in
Dollar and I can't set it back. Tried deleting the app
and that didn't help either

I'm not satisfied with this app, first the FAQ can hardly be called that as it just shows 2 instructions. Support team can only help with technical issues not design issues e.g. station the converter in 1 place on your homepage, instead it floats with you through everywhere you scroll. Also replies come quite late however this could be due to a time difference..?

ok, it has a lot of good reviews but after having the app installed for the last week and using the paid version I have noticed on multiple devices that it doesn't auto-convert the currency which is the whole reason iv upgraded :/ it's also very laggy and has slowed my site load time!!! I will be looking else were soon
