BEST Currency Converter

I had a problem with the app and the team informed me that they will need more than two weeks to be able to look into it, as they have only one programmer and is not available at the moment

It's ok the check out the currency changes back

While the app mostly seems to work, the prices within the cart page do not convert. We're on the paid plan and have tried to get in touch with the team multiple times, but they have never responded to resolve this issue.

We are considering switching to another app if we can't get this key feature to work. So due to the lack of customer service, I cannot recommend them at this time.

Unfortunately, this app formats some currencies incorrectly. For example, Japanese Yen currency do not have decimals but Doubly will display JPY with decimals unless you turn off decimals in which case all other currencies (such as AUD, CAD, USD, and the EUR) will be rounded to the nearest integer!

I hope this app developer will improve their app by adopting the International Organization of Standardization ISO 4217 rules regarding minor units of currency.

Looks good.
However, it's appeared twice, under the shopping cart which is great but also above my main image which I don't like & would like it removed.
I am not getting any help from support after emailing twice now.

you could make 5 stars if I can manually write the exchange rate "fixed rate"

I have problems using the app. The price does not convert and eventhough i have tried to contact the support several times i still didnt get any help

I can't even uninstall the app and I see a pop up everytime I open my website. It's disturbing. I need a help about it.
