The app does not display our currency in a grammatically correct way. I asked support to update it and referred to a respected source (European Union portal) and the answer was: "I'm sorry but this is simply how we decided to display the Lev symbol ever since we launched the app. Everyone that has our app installed is seeing it without the dot and you can see it displayed the same even on our online demo store: https://doubly-2.myshopify.com. However if you find this situation to be negatively affecting your store, then I have to say that we understand if you decide to uninstall our app and try a different converter." So yeah, basically do not expect any support or professionalism - it is what it is.

I am not happy with this app. It is not the easiest to understand for me and I noticed the the prices in other countries doesn't show correctly. It showed correctly for me but I had people sending me screenshot and the prices were higher then they were supposed to be. wont use this app account unless I get some kind of live support on this.

why your app is complicated!? wher should i add the policy? why is not allowing me to save?

I checked your website and it seems that the currency converter is enabled and working on your website.
In order for your business to comply with GDPR, when using our app, you need to add (copy/paste) the following terms to your website’s Privacy Policy:
"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency."
You can add it to your Privacy Policy by going to your Shopify Admin under Settings -> Policies you have a Privacy Policy section where you can add the text in your Privacy Policy.
