potrebbe essere una buona app, ma il supporto non ritengo sia buono, in quanto nonostante io avessi scritto una mail con i problemi riscontrati, mi hanno solo risposto con i vari passaggi da seguire (evidentemente senza leggere attentamente la mia mail dove diceva che avevo già fatto tutto di quanto necessario). In un mondo sempre più dedicato alle intelligenze artificiali, io mi aspetto che sia ancora un essere umano a contattarmi e cercare di risolvere il problema, anche se fa "perdere" tempo, rende il cliente più sicuro e soddisfatto.

The app works quite well. It could definitely be faster. The support responds slowly. Today, the app doesn't work at all, just disappeared from the website.

Somewhat easy to set up. Gets the job done!

I have sent the message to resolve the conflict of currencies at least 4 times. price 123.00 is showing 1.23. I hope the team can at least see this review and can be fixed soon.

App was awesome until I took the US dollar off and now it gets hidden behind my quick announcement bar for some reason.

i have had this app for 4 months and i just notice that its not even working, because i didnt have inserted the code in shopify payment.

This is a great currency converter except that it's getting mid market rates from Xe.com. This is a problem since the actual rate the customer pays is ALWAYS much worse than this, it should be using buy rates for US dollars from each currency, not a mid market rate. On a $200 purchase it can be off as much as $8 which has lead to customer complaints. If they fix this and allow a margin entered by the store or use realistic rates I'd give it five stars. As it is we have to find another solution.
