I had a quick response to my email query. The response looked like an automated response, but with the name of a real person just directing me to check the FAQ, but without responding to my specific query.
I could not find an answer to my query in FAQ which has just 3 basic tips, but without any instructions as to why it is done.
Not very happy with the Website grizzlyapps.com
either. It takes me back to shopify app link without any option to a enhanced FAQ Database. .
I am wondering if it is because of free nature of App. I am not inclined to order the PRO version due to support issue.
Also the link http://home.grizzlyapps.com/ had the following error message:
"This site can’t be reached

the currencies not change why?
Not good :(
Im very disappointed! Trying to delete currency and add different currency but it doesn't work. It keeps going back to 5 currency which i want to change but it wont let me.
It not working on my site
it dint work as it said and i was not able to customise it + change the theme, it dint change the currency
I wish I could leave zero stars. Absolutely appalling customer services. App does not work and no one is available to assist in any queries. Just keep receiving automated emails "today's working hours are over", for the last 3 days and different times of the day and night.
Unfortunately it's not displaying teh currency amount correctly. AUD is more like USD!
Does support for this app exist.. Signed up for the paid version & no reply to emails...
Right today i aske help to my store to help me to make the app to work on web side to the team best of Currency but im not recommend at all becouse !
1 my theme din't was compatible wit turbo0.3 and that fine i undestand and i had 2 to current on store so was make contrast and i undestand that okay
2 the team mess ap my store with currety
3 i lost lot time to ask to fix the problem and then really hard did of course need give the time (lost time a lot of work )
4 dont give to no one let to toch your store ,if you try to installation by your self and working okay but not trust not one to touch your store
this my experice of today.
