After Further clarification, I realized the issue was based on a misunderstanding from my side, not the app itself. however, you can always contact them through their email which is shown in the privacy policy and the reason is from Shopify dashboard that it's not shown anywhere on the app page.

I'd like specifically thank Mrs. Mihai Dragan for her transparency, professionalism and quick responses throughout. She was very helpful in clarifying everything.

to be fair, I've kept my original review and updated it instead of deleting it.

Hello George,

We received an email from you yesterday at 12pm and we responded to your email in 10 minutes, this review was posted after you contacted us and I do not believe it was warranted.

There are numerous ways that you can contact us, through your Shopify admin in the Apps section or through the Contact Us button from inside our app or on our website, or directly at support@grizzlyapps.com.

This app is randomly showing super high prices in euros to european customers, a 70US$ product is being shown as 5744 euros. I wrote to their support a couple of months ago and they never replied, then the error dissapeared and now is happening again. Stay away from this app.

it's not working properly it shows that its disbaled but sill i have to pay 10$ every month and there is no proper way to disable it..if there is any support kindly help me solve my issue

We’ve offered a full refund for the last 2 months. After uninstalling the app, you are still charged for the current billing cycle and that’s why it appeared on the bill. You should no longer be charged in the future, however if you experience any issues please do let us know and we apologise for any inconveniences this might've caused.
