Downpay: Partial Pay & Deposit

I’m delighted to share my positive experience with Downpay! We’ve been using it in our store for our preorder items, allowing customers to pay half upfront and the rest in 30 days.

I just had a wonderful meeting with Diana, and I truly appreciate the time she dedicated to helping us customize Downpay to fit our needs. She also assisted in setting up workflows that automate our processes and bring our vision to life. This has saved us a significant amount of time, and I’m excited to continue working with Downpay in the future!

Downpay is incredibly simple to setup and worked seamlessly for our Shopify website. The customisation options are very well considered and adapt to your website CSS.

The highlight of Downpay is actually their support! Diana has been incredible - super prompt and clear with any questions I have. They also have very robust Help Guides which assist with editing CSS, customising emails and other FAQs.

I have been using Downpay for a few months, It has been great to be able to take final payments for products with out bothering our customers. We have several unique challenges with our product and the support team has been there to expertly customize the integration when ever needed. I just started the Downpay trial for a client site a few days ago. Most of the features are pretty straight forward and intuitive. We were trying to do some automation so we contacted support. Diana was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. The team also spent time listening to our business needs, and actually helped us tweak the app. We highly recommend Downpay for anyone who sells products that have higher prices or in need of charging deposits and wanting some control.

This really simplified my work around for custom products, and gives my customers a significantly better experience that saves everyone a lot of pain and confusion. The development team behind the app is epic, they have been super helpful and responsive.
