Downpay: Deposits made simple

After searching and searching for different options, this was the only app that not only exactly matched what we needed (deposit on only certain items with easily configurable options) but also had fantastic levels of support. Big thanks to Diana and team!

Donna and her team have been such a great help! Quick response I want to say within minutes to any questions or issues you may have. For a while, I have been looking for a downpayment service but could not find just the right one for my page. Finally Downpay, was such a great move for my company. I have more bookings for my workshops all thanks to have a feature at checkout to pay later.

We have a very in-depth custom order page that pulls a lot of different items together to build out a custom bicycle. We needed a 50% deposit option to help cover our initial costs to start sourcing parts and materials depending on the exact build. There were some initial issues with the interfacing, but the team at Downpay were very helpful and figured out a solution to make sure it worked exactly the way we needed it to. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service and expertise.

We found it! An app that did exactly what we needed. With so many apps in the store it's hard to find a great solution that is backed by a team that is so helpful. Inevitably you will need support (that's Shopify and themes working with apps and getting everything to play nice), and each time they have been so responsive and helpful, even recommending other apps that will help our store! Fantastic! The set up was easy and smooth. Diana was able to answer all my questions and walk me through the details of set up. We're launching a pre-sale for a brand new product and asking customers to submit a deposit to secure their items. Downpay has all the features, infrastructure and integrations we needed.
