Downpay: Deposits made simple

Diana and the support team are fantastic! The app functions perfectly and is exactly what we were looking for. 100% recommend.

The support offered by Diana has been exceptional. She even went to the lengths of recording a video of on-screen actions to show us how to create a solution that was causing us a headache. The app itself allows us to take a deposit in a way that no others could, and removes accounting problems that other apps create by trying to short-cut the manner in which the deposit is dealt with. We have very particular requirements in the way in which the remaining balance is to be taken and Downpay/Diana have allowed us to find a way to do this.

In my search for a solution to manage preorders, I came across Downpay for partial payments. Its intuitive interface made things straightforward. But what truly stood out was the team. With our specific B2B and multi-languages challenges, our support rep, Diana, quickly understood and addressed our needs. If you're looking for a dependable app with an attentive support team, I'd recommend giving Downpay a try.

The app was fairly easy to setup. I had a few issues with how to take payments but I sent a chat request to their app team and Diana responded within minutes. She offered me some great options and even found a bug in my store that was causing the problem. No app is perfect but awesome customer service makes all things work out in the end. Diana and Dennis are that awesomeness.

So far, this app is just what we needed! We offer florals for weddings and other events, and this app allows us to take a deposit at the time of booking and remaining balance closer to the event date. Too soon to know for sure, but we are confident this will help increase our bookings.

Diana was so incredibly helpful in getting the app all set up for us and making sure the wording accurately reflected our specific payment schedule, and helped us find a work around so we can have a payment due X amount of days before shipping/delivery (rather than X amount of days after deposit). She made us feel like we could come back for anything else we needed help with, which is very much appreciated!
