Downpay: Partial Pay & Deposit

Downpay is incredibly simple to setup and worked seamlessly for our Shopify website. The customisation options are very well considered and adapt to your website CSS.

The highlight of Downpay is actually their support! Diana has been incredible - super prompt and clear with any questions I have. They also have very robust Help Guides which assist with editing CSS, customising emails and other FAQs.

We started using Downpay about a week ago to run a free trial promotion, having customers put down a deposit for shipping. We are really happy with the app's functionality and customization options. Support has been incredible! We ran into a couple minor issues because of the way our theme is customized and Diana and Denis and team have gone above and beyond to jump in and help us figure things out. It's been a great experience - highly recommend!

Fastest customer service I've ever received from a software company! The ability to easily integrate a deposit payment option for my made-to-order products without the crazy fees like some other financing apps pays makes this app a no-brainer. Highly recommend!

Works well, documentation is very good, and customer support is even better! Despite warning me it could be up to 2 days to hear back, I got an answer within 15 minutes and Ian walked me everything thing I had questions about and even did some adjustments based on our specific needs. Diana and her team are amazing. They are super responsive to any and all questions and are really on top of things. The app works amazing as well! I was looking for an app to get a partial payment up front and have the customer pay the remaining later (basically a deposit system) and Downpay does just that. If you need an app to handle the deposit for you look no further!
