Your app is fantastic, it's the only app on Shopify that can successfully take a deposit and capture the remanding payment all in one. Donna and her team have been such a great help! Quick response I want to say within minutes to any questions or issues you may have. For a while, I have been looking for a downpayment service but could not find just the right one for my page. Finally Downpay, was such a great move for my company. I have more bookings for my workshops all thanks to have a feature at checkout to pay later.

We are so glad we found this app at the last minute before we launched our new pre-order. It provided the option to accept deposits for each order and we had the option to do it as a percentage or a fix amount. Diana has been absolutely fabulous about reverting on questions we had but more importantly their team jumped in to assist with setup since our store had a legacy theme which required some additional tweaks.

I just started the Downpay trial for a client site a few days ago. Most of the features are pretty straight forward and intuitive. We were trying to do some automation so we contacted support.
