Super helpful customer service!
Your app is fantastic, it's the only app on Shopify that can successfully take a deposit and capture the remanding payment all in one. I have wasted weeks trying to sort this and speaking to developers where their app has thousands of good reviews but doesn't work! Please feel free to share this review. Thanks! BEST APP ON SHOPIFY

Donna and her team have been such a great help! Quick response I want to say within minutes to any questions or issues you may have. For a while, I have been looking for a downpayment service but could not find just the right one for my page. Finally Downpay, was such a great move for my company. I have more bookings for my workshops all thanks to have a feature at checkout to pay later.

We have a very in-depth custom order page that pulls a lot of different items together to build out a custom bicycle. We needed a 50% deposit option to help cover our initial costs to start sourcing parts and materials depending on the exact build. There were some initial issues with the interfacing, but the team at Downpay were very helpful and figured out a solution to make sure it worked exactly the way we needed it to. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service and expertise.
Downpay does exactly what I need, is straightforward to use--for myself as well as for customers--and support is right there, easy to reach when you need assistance. 10/10, exactly the app I wanted for my store and I'm very glad I found it.
