Downpay: Deposits made simple

Everything is very easy to use, and the customer service is very quick and efficient! Had questions about customers changing their second deferred payment method, and the resolution was so simple! Love this app!

We started using Downpay about a week ago to run a free trial promotion, having customers put down a deposit for shipping. We are really happy with the app's functionality and customization options. Support has been incredible! We ran into a couple minor issues because of the way our theme is customized and Diana and Denis and team have gone above and beyond to jump in and help us figure things out. It's been a great experience - highly recommend!

Donna and her team have been such a great help! Quick response I want to say within minutes to any questions or issues you may have. For a while, I have been looking for a downpayment service but could not find just the right one for my page. Finally Downpay, was such a great move for my company. I have more bookings for my workshops all thanks to have a feature at checkout to pay later.

We found it! An app that did exactly what we needed. With so many apps in the store it's hard to find a great solution that is backed by a team that is so helpful. Inevitably you will need support (that's Shopify and themes working with apps and getting everything to play nice), and each time they have been so responsive and helpful, even recommending other apps that will help our store! I highly recommend this app! Finding this app was heaven sent for my business! I am not very tech savvy but there was lots of easy to follow steps, and if you do get stuck on something like I did on some of the customization I needed, the customer service is fantastic! We have a very in-depth custom order page that pulls a lot of different items together to build out a custom bicycle. We needed a 50% deposit option to help cover our initial costs to start sourcing parts and materials depending on the exact build. There were some initial issues with the interfacing, but the team at Downpay were very helpful and figured out a solution to make sure it worked exactly the way we needed it to. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service and expertise.

Downpay does exactly what I need, is straightforward to use--for myself as well as for customers--and support is right there, easy to reach when you need assistance. 10/10, exactly the app I wanted for my store and I'm very glad I found it.
