I have been using Downpay for a few months, It has been great to be able to take final payments for products with out bothering our customers. We have several unique challenges with our product and the support team has been there to expertly customize the integration when ever needed. They are based in Canada and have perfect communication skills. Support goes above and beyond to rectify issues with genuine concern for your stores success. I would recommend The app! 5 Stars!

Wow! The customer support alone is worth using this app. Diana and Denis have helped us think through resolutions for our specific use case, which is taking partial payments for group trips on a travel site. Our main sticking point was needing to be able to set a specific date for the remaining payment to be made that wasn't tied to the original purchase date. DownPay has solved that issue! The app isn't overly engineered, and the integration and training process has been streamlined and simple. We tried multiple other apps before landing on DownPay. I would definitely recommend this app!

Diana and her team are awesome. We are live with Downpay and working great. Used to use a custom checkout page for deposits and now we are integrated with Shopify checkout page to get all the latest integrations and updates. We haven't done a final payment yet, as our products take around 16 weeks from order to delivery, but appears to be working flawlessly and their team even added some new features in a few days to improve the app functions with our products. Support answers emails within minutes and made our site a priority when we flipped to switch on the live site.
Would highly recommend as this was a much needed feature for custom made products. If you do a search online, you can see customer have been asking for this feature for many years. It's finally here and working great!
Donna and her team have been such a great help! Quick response I want to say within minutes to any questions or issues you may have. For a while, I have been looking for a downpayment service but could not find just the right one for my page. Finally Downpay, was such a great move for my company. I have more bookings for my workshops all thanks to have a feature at checkout to pay later.
