Using this app has been seamless and when I don't know HOW...they are quick to respond and help you thru the process. Defiantly a big help to the small business who want to collect down payments until they are ready to ship.
An easy 5 stars - I could do with 6 to be honest.
Easy to use, works well but the best thing about using Downplay is the support. World-class is not an understatement for once. Diana and the team have been superb - thank you so much!

I sell photography workshops with a deposit and final payments due 60 days before the start of the event. I tried many different apps before settling on Downpay as I was trying to save a buck hoping one of the free options would work. In short, they didn't meet my needs. Downpay is the only one that has every feature I needed. It works seamlessly and now I can't imagine not having it. I was spooked by the transaction fees at first, but if you reach out to them for a custom plan they will create a plan that works for you at a reasonable yearly rate with no transaction fees. Support is very responsive as well. Stop looking around, this is the app you want.
