Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology.

We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.

The app still works just fine for many other customers.
As we mentioned before, your DPD account has an issue which needs to be solved by DPD.
If you cannot clarify the issue with DPD, please put us in touch with your DPD account manager or provide your account details so we can act on your behalf and clarify with DPD.

This app has caused me a lot of angry customers! It only allows me to print 30% of labels and support is clueless on how to fix it not to mention extremely slow to reply. Now they haven't answered me for several days. If you run a reputable business look for another solution.

please avoid this app so complicated to use, when i chose a collection date dpd have no record of the collections. Its one of those apps i wish i never installed

For DPD UK all the shipments created by the app can be found in the DPD web portal or in the MyDPD app in the Shipment Review section.

Warum gebt ihr kaum Informationen, woher man die Zugangsdaten für die Integration bekommt? Einfach nur einen Link mit einen Guide hinzufügen, mehr wäre es doch nicht.

Nachdem ich meine App-Zugangsdaten von DPD erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass die Zugangsdaten angeblich "falsch" sind. Naja, zum Glück funktionieren die Zugangsdaten bei anderen Apps problemlos.
