Works better by a mile than other more expensive integration options we've tried. Emails are responsive, and the app is fairly intuitive with good functionality. No major trip ups, any fixes have been pretty easy to sort out and don't require days of investigation or head scratching - shout out to Bogdan for the ongoing support

My company is forced to use this application until we find a more convenient one, even if it means changing the service provider.
It is essential for our company to deliver our products to customers ONLY through parcel terminals. Unfortunately, the program does not provide such an option and by default the goods are transferred to the customer by courier, which makes delivery approximately TWICE as expensive.
We contacted support, but, unfortunately, they refused to help us :( Now we are looking for another service provider and another application.

This is a must have app if your run a shopify store and use DPD. I can not express how good the support is. Bogdan even made an adjustment to the app so we could get certain info for the DPD collection (something dpd removed from their own booking app recently). This app even resolves printing issues that DPD refuse to fix and support. It is very simple to use and set up. We need more developers like this!!!

DPD is an excellent choice for parcel shipping, especially with the premium package. It handles pick-up points at checkout seamlessly and greatly simplifies the shipping process. I highly recommend it if you're using DPD for deliveries. The customer service is quick and helpful.

Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology.
We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.

As we mentioned before, your DPD account has an issue which needs to be solved by DPD.
If you cannot clarify the issue with DPD, please put us in touch with your DPD account manager or provide your account details so we can act on your behalf and clarify with DPD.
