Ich zahle für „Premium Plus“ monatlich 99 US-Dollar, und trotzdem kann ich schon wieder kein DPD-Versandlabel drucken. Das ist dieses Jahr bereits das dritte Mal, dass dieses Problem auftritt.
Für einen bezahlten Premium-Tarif ist das absolut inakzeptabel und kostet mich Zeit, Geld und Nerven.
Zusätzlich ist völlig unklar, an wen man sich bei solchen Ausfällen überhaupt wenden soll. Bitte verbessert die Stabilität der DPD-Anbindung und macht den Support/Ansprechpartner klar sichtbar.
Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback – wir verstehen Ihren Frust absolut. Wenn der Versand im Tagesgeschäft blockiert ist, kostet das Zeit, Geld und Nerven.
In diesem konkreten Fall handelt es sich nicht um einen technischen Ausfall unserer App oder der DPD-Anbindung, sondern um eine vertragliche Einschränkung innerhalb Ihres individuellen DPD-Versandvertrags (z. B. ein erreichtes Monatslimit).
Diese Limits werden ausschließlich von DPD festgelegt und verwaltet und sind unabhängig von Ihrem bei uns gebuchten Tarif (z. B. „Premium Plus“).
Auch mit einem kostenpflichtigen Premium-Tarif haben wir keinen Zugriff auf DPD-Vertragsdaten, Versandlimits oder interne Freigaben. Wir können diese Beschränkungen daher weder einsehen noch aufheben.
Der richtige Ansprechpartner ist in diesem Fall direkt die DPD-Vertragsabteilung, die das Monatslimit prüfen und kurzfristig anpassen kann.
Aus unserer Erfahrung lässt sich das Problem dort in der Regel sehr schnell lösen.
Die beste Ergänzung für Shopify, die es gibt! Die Erstellung der Paketmarken dauert nur noch wenige Sekunden - auch bei hunderten offenen Bestellungen, das spart Geld & Zeit. Mühevoll erstellte Picklisten für die Artikel werden automatisch erstellt. Kunde wird sofort benachrichtigt - alles läuft automatisiert. Sollte man Fragen haben, ist auch der Support echt flott (Danke an Stefan & Dieter)
Versenden viel darüber - Gerne etwas enticklen für Bestellungen die mehrere Pakete beinhalten, hier muss immernoch alles händisch gemacht werden.
