Wurden geblockt aufgrund einer negativen Bewertung mit 2 Sternen.
Jetzt gibt es nur noch einen Stern und der ist schon zu viel. Was Sie machen ist Geschäftsschädigend! Wir haben einen Vertrag mit DPD und können das Plugin nicht nutzen, weil wir Sie schlecht bewertet haben?
Hätten sie uns dazu mal angeschrieben, hätten wir die Bewertung herausgenommen oder geändert. Aber, das sind Sie lieber mal beleidigt! Das ist kindisch!
Das Missverständnis hätte sich auch anders aus der Welt schaffen lassen.
Dann könne wir nicht weiterhin mit DPD arbeiten und kündigen zusätzlich unseren DPD Vertrag! Vielen Dank Dieter!
Zum jetzigen Tag sind es 2 Wochen die wir das Plugin nicht nutzen können.
Leider haben wir auf die internen Prozesse der DPD keinerlei Einfluss.
Wenn du das in deiner Bewertung berücksichtigen würdest, wären wir dir sehr dankbar, denn momentan trifft die Bewertung leider uns, obwohl die Ursache nicht in unserer App liegt.

Die beste Ergänzung für Shopify, die es gibt! Die Erstellung der Paketmarken dauert nur noch wenige Sekunden - auch bei hunderten offenen Bestellungen, das spart Geld & Zeit. Mühevoll erstellte Picklisten für die Artikel werden automatisch erstellt. Kunde wird sofort benachrichtigt - alles läuft automatisiert. Sollte man Fragen haben, ist auch der Support echt flott (Danke an Stefan & Dieter)
