We've been using Draftable to streamline our draft order process for our sales team, and it's been a game-changer. The app lets us create a checkout directly from a draft order, so customers can apply discount codes themselves, no more manually calculating and applying discounts on our end! We also love how easy it is to add line item properties and order notes, and rearrange the order of items without having to recreate the draft.

I am so glad to have found the Draft Order Helper app! It's allowing us to add a note field to each item when creating the order via draft orders. The developer’s support response is excellent — when I reached out for help with adding the note field to the packing slip, they quickly provided a code snippet that solved the issue. Having this note field on the order and packing list is making our order processing and picking so much more efficient. The app has definitely solved a problem for a very reasonable cost!
